formally housed a furniture factory and distribution center, Art Rattan, and has
a long history of housing Oakland's finest & eclectic artists; including
photographers, painters, musicians, guitar makers, music producers and this
tradition continues with one of few remaining true Live/Work spaces in
Oakland.
Our units range from approx. 1000 sq feet to as large as 3200 sq feet and
building amenities include commercial freight elevator, dock-high loading
dock, free additional common storage space to keep your living space living
and free wall space in our common area to display your paintings and
